I booked Silverwood Lodge for my parents while they were in town visiting friends, and they were so happy with the stay they actually asked me to leave a review for them. They said everything from booking to check-in was super smooth - the digital instructions were clear and easy to follow, and they loved being able to walk straight into their room without waiting around. The place was clean, quiet, and felt really well taken care of. They spent a day in Coeur d’Alene walking Tubbs Hill and grabbing lunch by the lake, which they said was a highlight of the trip. For dinner one night they went to Sweet Lou’s in Athol and couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Overall, they were really impressed and told me to make sure I left a 5-star review - so here it is. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and convenient near Silverwood or Coeur d’Alene.
We stayed two nights here on a business trip. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Refridge with freezer in the room. Beds large and comfortable. SUPER customer service. Close to restaurants. Highly recommended.
I stayed for two nights. The outside doesn’t look the nicest, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable (at least for me) and the massive shower head in the shower was the most amazing thing after a long day at a wedding. The water was so warm, it was perfect. I would stay again.
This is Rick, the owner of the hotel. Google recently combined the old owner's reviews with the new google account (different names, different owner) and as a result our rating went from 4.9 to 4.4. More importantly it shows reviews that are not accurate to our current hotel standards. We are appalled and horrified that we have been grouped in with the previous owner who had ZERO concern for the guest experience or facility cleanliness. Any reviews PRIOR to June 2022 are under the old owner. The new owners took over in JUNE 2022 and proceeded with renovations and updates. ALL ROOMS have been remodeled and updated, there are no loose toilets, bed bugs or drug addicts on the property. Google combined those bad reviews with our good reviews without notice and we are working on correcting the issue. Thank you for your understanding and support!
What a perfectly placed gem! I thought it would be a long shot to find a safe, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay while on business in Athol, ID. I certainly found that, and more at Silverwood Lodge! Professional and comprehensive communication throughout the whole process.
Got a room here for one night. Small nice and clean. Easy to pay and get the room. Good location if you are needing to stay in that area.
If I could leave them a 100000 star review I would! They are so accommodating for people, military, communication and just a great business. I’m going to be here for quite a few months and these guys are making me feel like it’s my home and I won’t stay anywhere else! If you are looking for a place to stay look no further it truly is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and being military you know you stay at a lot of hotels and plus how can you not love a RAINFALL shower head?!?
